Sex Mex is a garage rock duo from San Antonio, Texas. While most other groups have looked more to the past in an attempt to be more of a revival or throwback group, Sex Mex looks just as much into the future using various sound techniques to replicate a complete band. Sex Mex doesn’t exist as a band from the past, not because those ideas weren’t there, but because the technology wasn’t there.
