Out of the electrifying lights of Las Vegas, Split Persona is revolutionizing the contemporary rock scene by combining hard rock, metal, and alternative in a unique way. With razor-sharp guitars, infectious synths, and unforgettable choruses, they resonate with both new and old-school rock fans. Formed in 2019, they quickly rose from local Reno favorites to national rising stars, selling out shows with their intense, high-energy performances.

Led by front man Zander, the band has achieved impressive milestones, including over 100,000 streams on their single “Lies” in just a few months and collaborations with 3 Doors Down and Matt Noveskey of Blue October. They’ve also shared stages with Puddle of Mudd, Drowning Pool/Saliva, and even platinum rapper Swae Lee at a festival in Reno. By 2022, they placed in the top three of Danny Wimmer Presents’ “Battle for the Big Stage”, impressing over 10,000 live Twitch viewers. The bands following on social media continues to grow with two videos posting over 2 million views each.

As a local punk band out of Boise, ID this 3 piece is produced from the lead guitarist and vocalist, Cody Thorpe’s, own creative vision. Discovered through past relations, Jackson Reusser the drummer and Sean Rabdau the bassist come together to form the best headbanging experience for all listeners.

PLAYDEAD

PLAYDEAD was born in the high desert tree lined valley of Boise Idaho. This powerhouse guitar driven hard rock band flawlessly blends elements of alternative, indy, and punk music. PLAYDEAD was formed in May of 2024. Despite their short existence, PLAYDEAD has struck a chord with show-goers in and out of Boise after showcasing their unique musical direction and infectious energy. PLAYDEAD recently had the opportunity to accompany Boise’s legendary Built To Spill for the first three shows of their 2024 “There’s Nothing Wrong with Love” tour. With this exposure as well as several local appearances, PLAYDEAD has developed a local following and honed their energetic stage presence. PLAYDEAD was started by guitar/vocalist Scott Schmaljohn and drummer Andy “rabbit foot” VikenScott Schmaljohn is a Boise native well known for helping to shape the Boise and Seattle music scene in several bands including: proto-alternative standouts Treepeople; State of Confusion; and The HandDrummer Andy Viken, another Boise native, has graced the stages of many Boise clubs playing in several local projects including The Hand, Catering to Venus, and The Tommy Dirtweed bandBass player, J.C. Berrey, is a Seattle transplant, who joined PLAYDEAD after seeing their 2nd show.
