Upcoming Shrine Shows Moved to Treefort Music Hall and are now FREE to Attend!
Due to the change-over of the Shrine venue from The Shriners to Duck Club, we are temporarily closing Shrine Social Club until 8/10/23. As such, we’ll be moving the next few shows from the basement to Treefort Music Hall and BONUS! These shows are now FREE to attend!
If you have already purchased a ticket to the following shows your ticket(s) will be refunded at point of purchase.
- 8/4: SGT. PAPERS with GHOST BEACH and CARLOS TRULY: End your packed week of shows on Friday at TMH with Mexico’s Sgt. Papers. Hailing from the Sonoran Desert, brothers Ivan and Felipe García put their psych/garage band on the map with their debut album (2017) ‘Sgt. Papers Lonely Psych Punk Band’, followed by 2019’s ‘Sgt. Papers’. Joining them are Boise’s Ghost Beach and bandleader/frequent lead singer of Ava Luna, Carlos Hernandez’s solo project under the moniker Carlos Truly. Hernandez also is a producer and arranger for artists like Frankie Cosmos and Mr Twin Sister.
- 8/5: LEHNEN with CHAOSMONAUTS and FILTHY MUPPET INNUENDO: Founded in the heart of Austria in 2006, Lehnen make aggressive and beautiful rock music and they’re coming to rock Boise! Locals Chaosmonauts are a doom metal band committed to creating unique listening experiences — if you like Yob, you’ll dig these guys! Filthy Muppet Innuendo combines all kinds of instruments to create some catchy tracks!
- 8/8: ALEXSUCKS with BLINDLOVE: LA’s ALEXSUCKS are the unpredictable wildcards, creating a sound that is both edgy and catchy. Their sounds is reminiscent of the stronghold the grunge movement had on the Sunset Strip in the 90s. Utah’s four-piece Blindlove will get you moving and there might be a local on the bill, too! Come thru to find out!
