Need to chase away the winter blues? Then do it with BLUEGRASS music at Winterfest 2026! Sponsored by the Idaho Bluegrass Association, this year’s event features 10 bands on two stages for 6 hours of music at one of the valley’s premier venues - the Shrine Social Club. Some of the area’s best bluegrass and acoustic bands will be featured, including Tree City Travelers and Chicken Dinner Road. Check the Idaho Bluegrass Association website (https://www.idahobluegrassassociation.org/winterfest.html) for a compete list of bands and the schedule.

Winterfest is IBA's annual fund raiser and helps to fund other events during the year such as Springfest (free to the public and featuring a full day of live music), the Weiser Banjo Contest, the IBA Open Mic and other bluegrass activities.
