This experience will honor the body's need for deep rest, the spiritual need for self-reflection and our collective human need for communion and connection. Radha will open the space with gentle movements and pranayama in order to help you drop more fully into your meditative sound journey. Rooted Vibration's soundscapes will guide you throughout by weaving a tapestry of healing sounds and frequencies from unique, handcrafted instruments from around the world.
This will be an inherently inward journey where you will be asked to leave your busy life and chattering mind at the door as you give yourself permission to be fully present to open up to and receive the medicine that sound and meditation has to offer. As our minds calm and our hearts open, we allow ourselves to receive the healing vibrations of sound and allow ourselves to be fully present in this moment. No past, nor future. Nothing to do but just be here now.

For thousands of years, many different cultures around the world have used sound in one form or another to assist in the process of meditation and healing.

- Yoga Mat, pillow, blankets, and anything else you need to create a comfy space for yourself with an awareness of conserving space for others

- Be prepared to lay or sit quietly and mostly still for over an hour
- Your job is to allow yourself to really relax and open up to receive the Vibrational Medicine. Remember, how deep you go is up to you, so please show up prepared to be fully present.
