Formed in Seattle, WA in 2021, palettes draws fans and new listeners in with their pop-punk melodies fused together with catchy emo hooks. The band carries out a distinct sound with a relatable message. “Everyone feels and experiences things in their own way, and we hope many of the themes in our music are relatable.” Says lead vocalist Adam Blasi. “That’s the best thing about making music: hearing from people that they empathize and/or relate to the meanings and feelings behind the music.” Pulling inspiration from staple artists such as Movements, Mayday Parade, The Home Team and The Wonder Years to name a few, palettes aim to maintain originality with a hint of nostalgia while creating new music. “We use personal experiences like heartbreak, the human experience around reconnecting with a previous romantic partner, growing up with a single mom addicted to opioids.” Says Blasi “All of this shows its face in our music. We want the music to reflect punchiness, emotion, frustration and everything in between that people can connect to.” The band paints a picture with strategically placed color themes throughout their eras when releasing new tracks. “We choose based on how a song makes us feel or what the message is. Our band name reflects these choices. We all have our own individual experiences from the things we’ve been through that shape us throughout life.” Blasi says. “The colors represent our own palette, but ultimately we all make up the palette of humankind. Although each experience and way in which we manage them may be different, we feel the same feelings.” The band has gained notoriety by sharing the stage with acts such as The Home Team and Arrows In Action hitting sold out shows running from around 500-850 cap venues. palettes have no intention of slowing down in 2026, as demonstrated by the release of their debut full length album, “white. (noise)”, produced by Kyle Black and The Home Team’s Brian Butcher. palettes is: Adam Blasi (Vocals) Austin Esry (Guitar) Hector Guadarrama (Guitar)
