Tejano Outlaw has been a staple in the Tejano music scene for the past ten years throughout the Pacific Northwest.. In recent years they have been an ambassador for the music spreading the Tejano tex-mex flavor to audiences unfamiliar with sounds of the button accordion and bajo sexto. Transcending the confines of one signature style, Moon Owl’s Mages find themselves bending genres and trying new ideas to keep the creativity from stagnating. Their first two releases, “Skelly Bones & the Flaming Crown” (2020) and “Kill The Crackle” (2022) solidified their footprint in the Boise psych rock scene. March 2025 sees the release of their new EP “Step On It!” which explores the funkier and jammier side of their eclectic musical inspirations.
