Damien Burrello is a poet hailing from Boise, whose artistic journey has been intertwined
with music since 2008. At the age of 13, he was gifted a guitar, an event that kindled his
deep fascination with the enigmatic instrument. At which point, he began developing his
self-taught style. Inspired by the rich soil of classic rock and the edginess of 2000’s rock
and metal, Damien’s compositions delve into the shadows of existence.
Drawing inspiration from the realms of psychology, as well as the realms of fantasy and
horror, his songs venture into the depths of human experience, exploring themes of love
and mortality. These elements consistently find their way into his lyrical tapestry, woven
with careful introspection and a quest for self-discovery.
