Jared Benjamin is a singer-songwriter from Long Island, NY. During the Covid-19 pandemic, he picked up his first guitar and learned every cover he could think of before beginning to release his own music in 2021. hey guys I’m Ryman, or at least that’s what my fam/friends call me. I honestly don’t really know what to say but here goes, I’m from miami and like making music in my free time. For a while I thought I was on the right path but I was just doing things people expected of me and became kinda scared to do what I wanted because of other peoples opinions. I got really comfortable in my life for a while but eventually realized none of it was making me happy. I got really depressed after and stayed inside most days. Musics helped me a lot and is something I took very personal which I guess is why I’ve been scared to post it for like 7 years lol. I eventually got over that fear and now I’m just tryna meet more people through music cus I love making it but doing it alone kinda sucks sometimes,
I like a lot of music and really just make whatever I’m feeling but I think rock/pop/folk r my favorite genres. People that inspire me are Billy Joel, Tom petty, Jim Croce, Travis barker, Benny blanco and Finneas
the goals to put out new songs every 3 weeks, eventually start a rock band and figure out how I can do this for a living so thank you for the support and hope u like it 🙂
