Lucy Clearwater

Lucy Clearwater is a Los Angeles–based folk/Americana singer-songwriter who writes songs the way some people keep journals. Honestly, carefully, and with a deep respect for feeling. With a background in classical violin and a sound rooted in acoustic instruments and human-scale storytelling, her music carries emotional clarity, wit, and the warmth of California folk traditions.

A 2024 Kerrville Folk Festival New Folk Competition winner, Clearwater has spent the last several years on the road, touring across the U.S., Canada, the U.K., and Europe. She’s often seen sharing stages with her friends and fellow artists such as John Craigie, Victoria Canal (as both support and band member), Ye Vagabonds, Joe Pug, Martin Luke Brown, Luca Fogale, Ocie Elliott, and others.

Her debut album, People ≠ Possessions, arrives May 14, 2026, produced by Grammy-winner Tyler Chester and recorded mostly live to tape at Bell Choir Studios in Los Angeles. Featuring contributions from her vibrant creative community including Madison Cunningham, Kenneth Pattengale (The Milk Carton Kids), Sean Watkins (Nickel Creek), Rob Moose, Harrison Whitford, Hayden Everett, Drew Taubenfeld and many more, the record reflects Clearwater’s belief that music is something handmade, shared, and meant to be lived with.

McKenna Esteb

McKenna grew up in Snoqualmie WA, where her love for music began, performing in talent shows, at coffee shops and restaurant around the greater Seattle area. Throughout her career she has called both Austin, TX and Boise, ID (where she currently resides) home.

Her vocal style is heavily influenced by the likes of Aretha Franklin, Etta James and Amy Winehouse. The roots of her music have soul and funk influences mixed into a nice cocktail of pop/modern rock. With songs ranging from “cry in the bathtub w/ a pint of Ben & Jerry’s” to “10 lb’s of sass in a 5 lb bag” she is guaranteed to keep her music vulnerable, fun & keep you on your toes.
