East L.A. indie rock band Yungatita leapt onto the scene with the organic viral success of their bedroom pop tune "7 Weeks & 3 Days," which they chased with 2024's tuneful, muscular "Shoelace & A Knot" LP and anthemic 2025 single "Home Appliance." The quintet, led by Valentina Zapata, has toured with The Drums, Sad Park, sundiver ca and Cheekface.
